Hoping I get selected this year, and at the least looking forward to the broadcast.

As usual, seating will be limited and the event itself will be free. You'll need to pay for travel and accommodations. Details are forthcoming.

      Thank you, Anthony.
Never been there. "Limited seating" means "first come, first seated" or I should book in advance?

We will send out registration forms soon, and only a fraction of those that apply will be selected. So, don't book your travel until you have been confirmed for attendance. Even if you are not selected, we will stream the event live, so you can plan on attending either in Cambridge or remotely.

When does the CFP for the event open? and do speakers get any travel sponsorship?

All speakers and attendees must arrange and pay for their own travel and accommodations. It is common for speakers/attendees to have their company pay for travel. The event itself is free.

Hi Anthony, if we will register as Speaker, we need to submit our proposal right? Do we have a format for the proposal? And if we submitted it, will it be the final document to be used on actual presentation (what if we have changes)? Appreciate your response. Thank you.

You don't need to submit a completed proposal now. Any examples of previous presentations (videos are great) and a text summary of the talk you'd like to do are fine. If you don't have a video, a 5 minute webcam video preview of what you'd like to talk about will suffice.

We are in the process of notifying everyone now. It was quite a long list this year, so it is taking more time than we planned for.
